I have no idea where you see "Deluxe edition" for me it is not there, I can only see "Buy Giants Uprising + What the Duck BUNDLE" which is 1.07€ and there is one more game in it.
There is also a "Buy What The Duck + Tools Up! Ultimate Edition BUNDLE" which is 1.80€ so it's cheaper as well for 2 games.

For info, What The Duck - Deluxe Edition is at 0.60 €, at -97%, where base game is only at -90% off (1.99 €)
However game seem to be heavy bugged (according to last reviews on 2023-2024)
