I know of something completely unique.

Ever heard of free university? I read about it a while ago and there has been articles about them in papers like the NYTimes and others. Now, I am not sure of the name. But their goal is to provide free university/college level training to people all over the world. Might as well try and google them. The effort could be worth it, because you could actually come out of it with a real degree.
