Question about creating giveaways

I have never created a giveaway before, so I have a question:
If my giveaway game is a gift, I need to send it to Steamgifts before I create the giveaway, or I can send it after I create the giveaway?

You send it directly to the winner when it's done.

oh ok, I normally use gameminer, and it works on a different way than steamgifts, I will now close this topic :)

You won't know who to send it to before you create it anyway. You're supposed to wait until it ends, then you'll see the winner.
