You must rather keep your cards for when the sales hit, that's what I've been doing, in the sales times you get a sale-related card instead of a coupon, which you can then sell or break into gems. I assume you were doing that but because of the crappy sale event this season you didn't.

I suggest using the Steam group Coupon Dumpster. It's where I get rid of all my coupons.

You could sent the coupons to leafbot or archibot and let the bots handle the distribution of the coupons.
