Your strategy could be improved. By the time a game goes that low on Steam, it's bound to become, or maybe is already/have been completely free on all kinds of promotional sites, and/or especially at least bundled for pennies on awkward 1-dollar deals where you'd get a dozen or so. I'd personally just wait for it to go completely free, since anything else eventually becomes a costly endeavor for nothing.
Once it inevitably does go free, you've just flushed your cents down the toilet.
And then you get even more profit if the game actually does have cards (though the value usually drops slightly when it becomes bundled/free)

I ususally buy every cheap game on steam that is under 30 cents, especially if its under 20 cents. You can get +1 to your game counter and after u sold the card drops your wallet balance is almost restored. I think many of you do the same so I wanna know what do you guys think about this one. Does it worth it?
