I swear I've done some Jigidi puzzles that didn't show the solution image when I clicked on the pause button. Now I'm trying to make my own, but I can't find any option to hide the image. Am I missing something, or am I delusional in thinking that I had done puzzles like that?

You are most definitely not delusional, almost all the Jigidi puzzle posted on this site don't have the solution image. But really, there is no need for that, you can be a good guy and leave it there XD

But I was planning to make a multi-part puzzle that required completing Jigidi puzzles to reveal images that were clues to It's Too Hard questions.

tick the box "Show message on completion" and then have a link to an additional image or vital information needed to put it all together, solve this and see for an example: http://www.jigidi.com/solve.php?id=P44E8IBA

I think I'm going to have to do that instead. Apparently, you can just swap "jigsaw-puzzle/" for "solve.php?id=" in URL to see the image anyway.

I'm not 100% certain but I think if it's private (unpublished) then there's no preview but if it's public (published to Jigidi) then there's a preview

I'm not sure how people hide the image in the pause screen, but anyone can view the full image by putting "puzzle" in place of "solve" in the url. For example: http://www.jigidi.com/puzzle.php?id=PL6IQYSJ (Just a random jigsaw I pulled from the site). At least I haven't come across a puzzle where that doesn't work, even if the pause screen doesn't include a thumbnail. So it's maybe not worth worrying too much about trying to hide it.

Jigidi puzzles have a url like http://www.jigidi.com/solve.php?id=**CODE**

Copy that URL and open a new tab. Paste the URL into the address bar and change the "solve.php?id=" into "jigsaw-puzzle/", so your new URL will look like this:
http://www.jigidi.com/jigsaw-puzzle/**CODE**/

Thanks. I didn't realize that. I think I'll just have to put the clue in the message instead.

As far as I can tell, the preview is limited to 525 pixels wide, so you could make a clue that can be seen only on a larger picture.

That's a possibility. Thanks.
