EA

Go here for EA's game trailers.

BF V will have some kind of Battle Royale. sigh
FIFA 18 has a free trial now.
FIFA 19 releases on September 28 on PS4, Xbox One, PC, Switch.
EA joins cloud gaming stuff with an Israeli company.
Origin Access Premier is a new subscription service that gives immediate access to newest games. It'll start with NFL and include a lot more games later including BF V and Anthem.
New Star Wars game, Jedi Fallen Order. Takes place in dark times when Jedis were being hunted. Takes place between episode 3 and 4. Holiday 2019 release.
Battlefront 2 will go deep into the clone wars this year. General Grievous and General Kenobi will join, as well as Count Dooku, Obi-Wan and Anakin.
Unravel Two is about optimism and togetherness. There are 2 characters sharing one yarn, you can play it co-op or solo.
Unravel Two is available TODAY. It's finished and out.
New EA indie title, Sea of Solitude. It's about a woman turning into a monster because of loneliness. Good art style, coming early 2019.
NBA Live 19 available September 7.
Madden NFL 19 with Maddem Championship winner.
New mobile e-sports RTS game. Gather stuff, make units, control the center nuke and nuke your opponent twice to win. EA used the word "competitive mobile gaming phenomenon" , the cringe is real. Also, I have never seen such an unimpressed crowd before. Nobody seems to care about this game.
New mobile game turned out to be Command and Conquer: Rivals. Out for iOs and Android, you can play the pre-alpha on ANDROID TODAY.
The trail for the Command and Conquer: Rivals seems more expensive than the game itself.
ANTHEM is up, it's not a MMO. Your quest hub and home is only available to you, quests and open world are co-op/multiplayer. The world is constantly changing and they'll update the story a lot.
Ranger, Colossus, Interceptor, Storm. 4 types of Javelin Exo Suits. Basically classes.
Anthem has no lootboxes, or P2W elements. Skins will be available to purchase as microtransactions.
Anthem launch date 22.02.2019. Xbox One, PS4 and PC.

That's all for today. They're doing a FIFA 18 live tournament now.

Only BioWare people and Anthem gameplay got some clapping. Rest of the conference was really silent, people really don't like EA.

Highlight of the day is probably Anthem, here's the newest gameplay video.

Check the countdown and links from here

Well... as much as anthem looks like a destiny copy it still tickles my curiosity, BioWare have made some outstanding games before

Same here. But I'm certain that "story will go on" means they'll add shitton of 10$ story DLC's to it. And I think they'll go the same road as R6 did, they'll release a yearly season pass for the next 3 years.

Source: Dude, trust me.

Yeah that's what I'm afraid of, however it might backfire really badly. Players are taking less shit from bungie now with D2 so by the time this releases BW might see that selling a $60 game and then try to add another $60-80 in content is a bad idea.

Then again... it is EA we're talking about, they care more about profits than gaming itself.

I suppose time will tell, specially as the game approaches release date.

Didn't they say, that Anthem will not have any purchaseable dlc beside skins

It is your choice but remember Andromeda and Battlefront II, and the story will go one smells expensive DLC's at best :(.
Also the fact that this is EA is enough for me to not buy :D.

It is quite simple for me EA game don't buy simple as that.

BF V: Meh I dont like those kind of games.
FIFA 19, NBA Live 19 and Madden NFL 19 : Not my cup of tea.
Origin Access: Honestly? Damn EA, you are not netflix.
New Star Wars game: A good RPG would be godlike!
Battlefront 2: Is it any good?
Unravel Two: I gonna buy that. I enjoyed the first one and it will be amazing.
Sea of Solitude: Hopefully Game development becomes relevant in Germany. I wish a big success! ( I am from germany and we dont have many good developer)
Command and Conquer: Rivals: They are really killing this IP. Thx for that.
ANTHEM : I am really afraid that this game will be just about gameplay and no story. There didnt show us any story related things. And a Story just in the hub? I wont hype this one, I think I will get dissapointed...

That was pretty boring imo. EA conferences tend to have at least something I'm kinda excited about, but not this year.
Unravel 2 was nice I guess though

Sea of Solitude is the winner for me.
The rest looks either boring or multiplayer-focused.

I don't know, Sea of Solitude is the only one that grabbed my eye.
Everything else was meh... I have no hope for Anthem being decent.
Battlefront with the flopped Solo skins is not exactly interesting, either.

Anthem, unravel 2 and sea of solitude look nice. I might subscribe to origin access for a month or two in order to play them + some EA older games, if the price is decent in my region.

edit: More memes because that's not C&C T_T

Because it is.
And it's made by a company that's about the complete opposite of Destiny in their other games.

GG EA.
Then again it's pretty clear they are licking their chops at killing off BioWare. And most of us RPG-fans are definitely in agreement BioWare deserves to be taken out of their suffering.

What was seen was... really not all that impressive. Hell, it was down-right disappointing, except maybe Anthem, but that's a strong maybe. Shame about C&C, it just keeps going down-hill.
Tomorrow has to be better though, r-right?

I love Command & Conquer, grew up playing all those games. I'm fairly certain the audience for a Clash Royale style RTSes on phones have never heard it through. So it makes no sense whatsoever to combine these two things.

Not to mention that there's a million Clash Royale clones out there already (as well as Clash Royale itself ofc). This one looks no different at all, except maybe a little more clunky than the others?

I guess I do get what they were trying to achieve, but I just can't wrap my head around why they would spend 10 minutes on the stage at E3 promoting a game that has a snowball's chance in hell to make any money at all. That someone at EA thought this was a good idea is incredible.

Anthem looks fun..EA apparently said it wont have loot boxes, but I'm taking a wait and see approach. If they're not too greedy I think it could end up being something special.
