You can use that information (HB saying they didn't charge you) to request a refund with your bank, I had the same problem with Nintendo and I had to contact my bank, they solved it really fast, but the money took 30 days to get refunded.
Of course, first contact HB support and let them know they did charge you, just wait for their reply.

Hello, so I tried to buy Humble Choice and it showed me some error (but the money got deducted from my bank acc) and they cancelled the order the next day saying "We won't charge anything" or something... But they already charged me the price. I contacted the support but I haven't received a reply and it's been 3 days.
I'm scared whether I am gonna get a refund or not. What should I do now? Help would be appreciated.
