Don't worry about that, there were a lot of issues with the stream, so now you just have to register in the next link to get WatchDogs 2 (and I think the other rewards too if you have the games): https://www.ubisoft.com/en-us/forward
You just have to click the redeem button, log in, and then you'll get the game (may take a bit, they are giving it away in waves so it can take a couple days to appear in your account)

Indeed, I also only see my "last played games" there. Kinda, because they show me the games that I did play, but also a few that I haven't launched yet, and probably never will.
And it also seems that Ubi is broken and/or drunk. They say that my Uplay account is 4 years old and that I own 14 games, yet I have 30 games total, half of them are the ones once given for free like Assassin's Creed Unity, Rayman Origins and Legends, The Crew, Splinter Cell, etc.
If you go there https://club.ubisoft.com/en-US/games/ (or https://club.ubisoft.com/en-US/profile/YourUserName > "See all games", you should see your owned games. Yet again, they only show me 14 games there. And two of them are Uplay+ games launched during the month when it was free, that I don't own and don't have anymore. Where are my Assassin's Creed 1, Brotherhood, Revelations, Liberation and Unity, where is Child of Light, where are my Rayman on this page, I have no clue.
I suppose that if you got the mail saying that it's all good, you have the game added to your library, you can trust them, nothing can go wrong... maybe.
I'm still waiting for that mail/game, that's been 24h now. Oh well. But "Rewards will be delivered by the end of the week." so I'll wait.

Yes. Watch dog 2 in my library.
I count my library total got 31 games. Maybe 4-5 are from ubi gift.
Then all other some I bought at ubi store, some I bought at other place then activate at here.
Total got 31 games but if I go to club ubisoft and look at there. It show 5 games only.
So club ubisoft cannot use to check our game library.
Have to go to uplay client to get correct game list. Website no way at all.

yea you'll receive an email.. inside there are also other freebies like stuff for division 2 and for upcoming games (Valhalla and WD Legion).. but I noticed the game was on my uplay client long before receiving the email..

I got an Email before hand where it said i get Child of light for free (own it already)
and than 18h later the game dropped than today i got an Email with exclusive items for devision,valhalla and watch dogs legion .
but i watched the Stream Via twitch and from a partnered streamer at the same time i used the registration link so idk .
they had so many system combined their last giveaways were always either watch or just register

I signed up about 10 AM (UTC +1) 13th of July and did not recieve it :) + I bought Assassin's Creed Odyssey Spartan Edition. They were supposed to provide a digital downloadable copy, which I have not recieved yet. It it more than 24 hours now, since it is 10:30 PM here right now :) so I guess I am going to write them and ask them about my AC game :)

you know that's just a simple IF function that can be written by literally anybody.
and to change your date of birth, you have to contact Ubisoft support and they have to approve of it. And you had no clue that they will be giving out this game the way they do now with 18+ age requirement.

Think I'm done with their service, even if they badly worded the date, there was still at least one hour left when the page gone dead. It's nigh impossible to log into their support page, and even if you manage, it tells you you that you have to wait for online chat help since they killed support by email because of COVID-19 (yeah, gotta keep that social distancing from...you know...reading emails).
