Suggesting a reroll will not solve the problem - some other ROW user will win it and have the same problem. GA should be deleted, not rerolled.

Maybe ask the support yourself for the re-roll. Or learn to speak Russian. Whatever suits you.

contact the creator, ask for a row gift, don't use it.

tell him to reroll, post in the thread that you are ok with it.

Find someone that speaks Russian and tell him to contact the giveaway creator and explain him that he can't give away a region locked gift when his giveaway isn't region locked. :P
