Stray dogs.

Well, you may remember the 2 topics from earlier this week about the stray dogs.

Now all (well, maybe not all) stray dogs will be caught and put into shelters.
If nobody adopts them in 14 days they will be killed.

Even more, if you go outside with your dog and you don't have your pet's health card and a bag to clean after your dog you will have to pay 300$ -> 600$.
If your dog is aggressive and he doesn't wear a muzzle the fine will be around 600$ - 750$
If you adopt a dog from a shelter and then you release him you'll have to pay 600$ - 750$

Oh, and today another kid (1year and 4months old) got bitten by a stray dog. He was with his mom, in front of his house....
