Yes, I could put them in my cart and then I could "buy" them.
I only had a small issue, because I had to put them a few times in my cart, until it was in it. But that also could be, because I wasn't logged in.
EDIT: I use Chrome, not in incognito mode.

As WueRZet wrote pivate browsing mode worked for me too with Edge to put the package into shopping cart. Once there I pasted the link into normal browser window, logged in and paid my 0.00 €.

Managed to get this through using VPN and changing my whereabouts to 'Asia' (alas only for the 'Continue' button to appear on the bundle's page, and after adding it to my shopping cart just I've just turned off the VPN and proceeded to the purchase page normaly).
