asking for HB advice

as far as i know HB are ROW.

as i know my friends from locked regions share games with me, so for them to lock Russia is very unlikely since we all pay for it in dollars... i think. you pay for it in dollars right.

Use gift links? You can put those instead of keys in the corresponding slot for keys.

I would contact HB support and ask them. I was told by other users some are locked at purchase :S

If you're using the bundles and not the store you should be good, especially if you send the gift links instead of steam codes. You could always contact humble support to make sure though.

I'm also in CIS region.
Recently I gave away 4 (four) HB gifts through HB gift links: 3(three) from Humble Indie Bundle 14 (fourteen), 1(one) gift was a store purchase.
Everything was fine.

I'm pretty sure the Codemasters bundle is region locked.

Jumbo is ROW, but Codemasters used Steam region lock.
Also, the gift thing was debunked. The keys, no matter if you get them directly or convert them to gift links, are tied to purchase region.
