I barely remember anything about that series, I watched it as a kid and never again since. I have considered rewatching it but is longer that what I feel like commiting nowadays, anything over 50 episodes is a insta-nope from me now :(

Oh yes...seven seasons is a lot of re-watching. But ofc you'll get so much more out of it as an adult!
Maybe find an episode ranking somewhere and just watch the good ones...? You can skip most of Season 1 IMO. :p

Read through enough of the reviews on Sky Break and the realization hit that it seems like it is just another unfinished, unrealized, abandoned project just like Farsky was (same developer).

Apparently this is the poor man's Horizon Zero Dawn, just like FarSky was poor man's Subnautica. Neither will ever be finished/polished enough IMHO.
