How to level up here? Yesterday i got xp boost from box and went from 100xp to 440. And it shows i need 400xp to be level 1. Seems i dont leveled up automatically. Today i got another xp boost from box and went to 540xp and after reloading page it suddenly rounded to 500xp. And still no level up. Now it show i have 500xp from 400 needed. Do i need to click somewhere to level up?

Nope, you don't need to click anywhere, it automatically increments the level... unless it's bugged (it didn't happen to me though).
Did you collect your reward after reaching level 1? (there's a pop-up with 3 items of which you need to select one).

No, i didn't collect anything. There was no pop-ups unless there are some specific page where they appear. Seems like site is bugged for me.
