Favorite Meat?
Personally I prefer fish raw. My parents screwed up cooking fish when I was a kid, and now I can't stand the smell of cooked fish. But fortunately, sushi can't really be screwed up :D

Mammalian meat i'm not a fan of, although I will on occasion eat ground beef. I eat a lot of poultry instead, Turkey which I like and Chicken which I'm not a big fan of. Fish is my favorite, with Salmon being my favorite of them.

Personally, I LOVE lamb, followed by a bacon, a good steak and raw fish.
I haven't tried all of the below, but I will probably one day :)
