EDIT because you've explained your situation a little more clearly.
If the mods/admins decide that you have done something to warrant a suspension, you will be suspended as soon as that decision is finalized. There is absolutely no reason why a mod/admin would look at how many GAs you've entered and wait for them to end before suspending you.

Nah they just don't care, it's the same if you are the one making the giveaway, they can keep you from being able to deliver the game.
They can suspend you at their leisure.
And, if you get suspended because you posted something, that post is still there since they don't speak to you, thus not giving you a chance to remove it. Which is stupid in my opinion. If something is suspension-worthy just leaving it there is dumb.

If a moderator reviews a report and finds out you broke a rule, he/she will suspend you right away. Why should they wait until a certain giveaway you entered ends? But, as FateOfOne already said, it seems like you were not suspended so I am still very confused. ^^

No you can't, and that's point of this topic.
When you are suspended you can't enter GAs and can't also win GAs you're in. Which is perfectly reasonable, as people are sometimes suspended for 2 - 3 weeks, hence making GA creator wait till suspension lift (so suspended user would be able to use site again) would be stupid.
There are mass GAs with more copies than participants, and still there are people who didn't win. And that's because they were suspended when GA ended. And their entries were "invalid".

Breaking 1 rule that helps people to avoid fake giveaways is less grave, than breaking the other one - where at least a few hundred people will become disappointed in this web-site and leave it forever.

I was participating in the giveaway and just before its end(less then 1 hour) I got a suspension from 1 of moderastors.
He could have banned me later - the reason of ban was silly, but still he decided to do it before the GA ends - not after.
Is it a coincidence? Perhaps, but I am not sure.
