is it safe to create giveaway of Fallout Collection?

have steam gift of Fallout Collection in my inventory, although there is no more page in store...
so wondering is it safe to create giveaway for this gift?

If it's in the SG giveaway list, I don't see why not.

EDIT: I'm not seeing it in the list though.

If you can't make one just have everyone comment here and give each one a number then put them in a random generator and boom you have a make shift SG giveaway.
