Out of those two I would say the stomping land.

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

Also:

Apparently it will have a subscription model unless you pre-purchase. Regardless of whether or not it's a good game or not and whether you have to pay the regular fees or not, ew. Or I suppose it could be trying really hard to emphasize that it's one-time pay.

The Stomping Land -
"The price of the game is a one time purchase, and will not increase for release, so you may choose to wait if you prefer a more complete experience from the start."

Also, the creator of it helped with Skyrim and Dungeon Defenders. This one seems the way to go.
