Soul Gambler can be given away, but only in the Dark Arts Edition (+ Artbook and Soundtrack), the game alone was free for some time: http://www.epicbundle.com/article/steam-key-for-free-soul-gambler.

Couldn't find any source for a mass giveaway of Face it ..
