I would jump at any bundle that contains only one wishlisted game. (Then again, my wishlist was recently reduced… slightly. So chances for that to happen is next to zero.)

BTW: You made a mistake in the chart. Legend is in tier 1 but Hashtag Dungeon is in tier 2. Swap those two :P

Good CV I guess, factoring in the happy hour, but otherwise it is a bundle of games that can't really catch my interest.
I can see a few people finding some games to their liking though, so I guess it is not as bad as I thought at first glance.

It usually comes about a week after a bundle goes live. It lasts anywhere from a few hours to a couple of days. There is no set timetable, but Rachel and others always let you know in these threads when HH is on.
