game not received?

i won a game before two weeks, i redeem it, i click received and it is in my steam library, but when i go to my giveaways>won option i still have the option not received avtive, why this happening? must i do something? sorry for my bad English

no, this option will dissapear in 30 days

Feedback now locks after it's in the received state for 30 days. After that point, users will need to submit a ticket to modify their feedback.

This is normal, the option is there just in case you need to change your feedback. (Eg wrongly pressed not received at first)

It will lock in as received permanently after 30 days.
