Won A Duplicate Key

I just won a key for Skullgirls...'cept when I go to input the key, it tells me it's a dupe. So I figured I get in touch with the person, but when I go to add them, I get another error (Error Adding Friend) and come to find out I'm blocked. Any ideas what I should do now?
