Explanation of the hints

• Look at your keyboard: to notice your numpad
• Think like a turtle: a reference to the Logo programming language
• Each line represent a character (letter or number)
• Seymour Papert: an inventor of the Logo programming language

To solve it you had to look at your keyboard and notice the number on your numeric keypad, then you only need to follow the direction to draw a character:

• 5 = Start
• 6 = Right
• 4 = Left
• 8 = Up
• 2 = Down
• 3 = Right+Down

Next puzzle will be easier ;)
