personally, I feel bad for the admins and mod.... probably being flooded by complaints that too many of such and such game is being given away. even if it's all humble bundles for a month, it's still FREE

Oh, c'mon... How many posts is there going to be about this? Sheesh... You are using a browser, aren't you? Just download the addon for your browser and ignore these gifts. Be happy that you get points and can spend on other games like Duke Nukem Forever or Darksiders.
Haven't you noticed that there is already 23 threads about this? Just post a comment in one of them.

I agree I think we need to stop complaining about the Humble Bundles already, its not like it will be this way FOREVER. I also don't think the mods are just laying down and completely ignoring the issue either, I think they are doing a great job keeping this site running how it is or else it would be called 'exploitedkeygifts.com'.

how about a rule change to site that tells poster - no complaints about too many games of a certain type will be tolerated.
give a warning the first time... I know I been sick of seeing the complaints about it.

when there would be 50 Deus Ex Revolution giveaways, that would certainly mean, those cost ~$0.01 and everyone else could get them, same as everyone can get those HIB right now

Your response is the best one I've seen that summarizes the current state of "giveaways." I'm glad that people are feeling generous with their extra Humble Indie Bundles, but they really ought to hold on to them.

This becomes increasingly important when we realize that some people create HIB giveaways just to generate points, or to show that they've "given" something. I'm not opposed to giving just for givings-sake, but most people, if they spent an "honest" amount ($5+) for the HIB, could well afford a $1-$5 Steam game to giveaway. The onslaught of HIB giveaways just leads me to believe that they spent way less.

Don't you guys have anything better to do than harass people who make suggestions or point out problems? It's not like you are gaining favors from CG or Cult by talking back to anyone that is not %100 happy with the state of the site. This behavior will not bring you more chance to win games, fixing the problems will. Have you ever seen CG or Cult acting the way you do, have you ever wondered why they don't? Please let people to state their opinions and do not attack them this way. Shouting "Stop complaining, you should be grateful." whenever anyone points out a problem sounds like fanaticism to me.
