Fanatical - Tried to buy Mirror's Edge Catalyst but doesn't show up in my Orders

So I tried to buy Mirror's Edge Catalyst from Fanatical but the game doesn't show in my orders. Normally it adds the game pretty fast. Also I have a confirmation mail from PayPal that my payment went through, but no confirmation mail from Fanatical. Anyone have any clues to way this may be? Should I wait longer or try to contact them?
