leecher is a cause but will you call ozo2003 the person who this a leecher??
According to me he is a leecher as he gives games to his friends and private group so you wont be able to join his giveaways at all. So tell me why shouldnt he be blacklisted even if has given more games!

Well, I'm a freelance web developer right now and for small business websites I get around 1000$ for customized CMS both front-end and back-end developing. It just matters only if I have a work to do though. Usually one work arrays from a week to month depending on customer requests, satisfaction and mainly the content they can provide.

Well if you are going to do that you need to blacklist quite a lot of people and you have just 1000 slots. I have seen people with 30 given and 900 wins. I know I dont have so much luck and most wont have also but there are such people.
The easy way would be set a level minimum below which you wont give like level 4 level 5 and so on and then blacklist people who are above your set level or else you wont be able to cover them.
