There was this topic somewhere in the multiverse, where people used to share what they are tuning to right at this moment.
I thought i'd try and make one here too, because why not.

XCOM Legacy soundtrack, I almost forgot this great thing exists. So much better than most of the original XCOM 2 OST, especially this track

Mer de Revs I & II (Full Albums) 2h+ total.

Found these super relaxing sets today.
If you feel you need to relax, flop down somewhere, close your eyes, and turn this on.
(preferably in a fairly small room with a surround system so that the sound reverberates through the entire room)
You're double lucky if someone in your house can do a massage too, with this on it's going to be divine. :P
Also seems to be massively underrated. What a find. ^^)

Been listening to these guys' albums on repeat for awhile. Their music is always so good for thinking on things... Or thinking about nothing at all, and clearing your mind. They've got this weird, bittersweet-ly nostalgic, cathasis about them...

I just watched Akira (1988) and it's really fantastic movie. I'm not even a fan of anime, i never watched anime outside Ghibli's work before. One of the thing that i really like from that movie is the soundtrack. It use traditional instrument which makes it timeless piece of art.

Nina Simone's "Funkier Than a Mosquito's Tweeter" As much as I enjoy all the song, the drum solo with chimes toward the middle of the song is beauty leading into beautiful.

Because of he lyrics, I'm often reminded of this song when I here Trump in news clips.

First verse:

You're nothing but a dirty, dirty old man
You do your thinking with a one track mind
Keep talkin' about heaven glory but
On your face is a different story
Clean up your rap your story's getting dusty
Wash out your mouth
Your lies are getting rusty
Can't believe nothing you say
'cause I'm around and I see what you do
You know you're funky as a mosquito's tweeter
You gotta mouth like a herd of boll weevils
Same old game, same old thing
You never changed
Always rappin 'bout the same old thing

To balance out the intensity, I like to switch to albums by the Stars of the Lid (drone) or to the soundtrack of Osmos (spacey ambient) or something similar to either..
