I saw comments from people saying that they have bought games from nuuvem to active it out of Latin America.
So does nuuvem keys still don't have a region lock?
On all games that I saw on nuuvem it says region locked to Latin America, but will it active fine?

Did you make any worldwide giveaways from keys you have bought on nuuvem?

Yes and was just fine
Yes but got a problem with region lock
No
Maybe
I don't know

If I buy a game in a official reseller I know the key will work worldwide. Except there is something in the destription. It would be to risky to buy a game from a shady website just to save some cents.

Nuuvem is an official reseller, I just don't know about region locks.

Is there an easier way to check the packages or do I need to just read all to find if any is region locked?
For example, csgo has 61 packages.

Nuuvem is on ITAD, it's not a greysite

Though I agree that Nuuvem is a reseller, it's not listed in EU1 zone at ITAD anymore (afair since they unfortunately started working with region locks / different departments).

If a game has a BR/LatAm lock, they sell the locked version.
The rest are usually WW.

Only problem was a key that was ROW. GLOBAL has no region locks. I'll do it with an example as is easy for me to explain it. If you buy a game that has RU/CIS region lock, the ROW key will work on all the other countries outside of the RU/CIS region. If you add RU/CIS + EU + BR, it will work on the rest of the countries outside those regions.
Bought a key there, thought it was Global (was kinda new with the region lock and didn't fully understand it then), and a russian user won it, but couldn't activate it, so I couldn't deliver it. That's the only problem I had, but it was my fault.

I live in Argentina, next to Brazil. There are a few games that can only be purchased in Brazil, yet, they can be activated in other regions, such as LA Noire, Bioshock Collection. Could purchase those through a trader and activated them succesfully.

Nuuvem is not a grey site, it's just a reseller from Brazil and prices according to their economy, just as Steam Store.

I'll use Dishonored: Death of the Outsider as an example of region locks. It's price is R$70 and only sold on South America.

You need to search it on steamdb.info, go to packages

And the only region locks you'll see are from RU/CIS and China. So the key should work on the Rest Of the World.

if you buy from Nuuvem's brazil store, the games are typically locked to Brazil. If you buy from their worldwide store (which has higher prices) then the games are typically not region locked

That's not really correct, they sell the same keys for their Brazil and worldwide store mostly, their region lock description normally is just a lie. You just need to check on steamdb to be sure, and only some titles have real region locks like Fallout 4, SFV, Bayonetta, Vanquish, etc, but almost all indies do not have, almost all Bethesda games too, most of the Capcom games, even Bandai Namco games(but this ones don't normally get lower prices than from other sites like uk gamesplanet), anime games, and many many more, I buy there typically.

Bought a GTA Collection a long time ago. Had to activate it using VPN.

On the plus side it was one of the packs which included GTA 1+2.

Just check steamdb, since as I described above, you need to check before buying, their region lock description might be just to mislead you, that's probably because of other stores pressuring them to make customers not aware they can buy cheaper without region lock from Nuuvem. Also you need some sort of South American payment and VPN system to buy there from Brazilian store, like using SA Paypal, as described in reddit if you search for it.

Bought from them multiple times and sometimes for people outside of South America and all you need to do is check on steamdb if the game you want has region restricted keys, they mark everything as Latin America only even if it doesn't apply (if it says Brazil only however it's probably true).
