Please contact Steam Support about the issue and Provide me with screenshot of activation of the key dates That They provide.

You got scammed, and they don't care. They aren't official resellers. Valve won't help you.

I would say it's G2A's responsibility if they sold you a faulty key. I doubt Steam Support will do anything.

Start a PayPal dispute. File a report as soon as possible with as many details as possible.

Steam support can't help you. They will not deactivate the game from someone else's account just so you get your key. You could even get into trouble for admitting buying from an unauthorized seller.

Are you sure you bought from G2A itself and not from a random person that offered his key up there?
I think there are also people just offering their keys.

You got ripped off big, because the guy scamming you didn't even pay for the keys. The game was offered free on another site for a while.

I'm not sure about PayPal, but find out if you can dispute that crap.

You can always dispute a sale, trough PayPal aka buyer protection.

I don't think he's talking about Thief 1, or did I miss a giveaway of the reboot?

Alienware Arena was giving out AMD silver keys for free a couple of weeks ago. One of the choices you could make was Thief.

They are an unauthorised reseller. That means that the keys should be legit but Steam won't provide support for them. That said, Steam won't normally provide support for resellers, the reseller should be supporting themselves. Provide what G2A are asking for and they should provide you with a working key, they've clearly screwed up. Don't bother contacting Steam support, they can't/won't help.

Read this. G2A isn't a trustworthy seller.

When you buy from users in g2a, you can use the g2a shield, if the key is already used you should get your money back.

I had only positive experience with them.

No they are not. They're unauthorized resellers. There's no difference between buying from them and buying from a random guy in an alley or on Ebay, except Ebay doesn't allow codes/cd-keys to be sold.

authorised reseller or not g2a is 100% legit. I never had problem with them. You need to be carefull when buying from community sellers, use the shield if you want to be 100% sure.
p.s. paypal is a partner with g2a.com they ofen make offers.
p.s.2 g2a.com makes quite huge donations (save the childrens etc)

If yes, how do I know if they are reimbursed for real?
