A Reroll open for a week or more? You have 1 week to send gift and the person receive. So if you have a Reroll open for a week or more. Don't you fail to meet the those requirements? Or when you have a reroll request, it puts that on hold and when the new winner is selected, then the week to send and person receive begin? If You have any facts on this please let me know.

there are not enough support members on SG, that's why ticket takes so much time nowadays. Just be patient and bump a ticket once a week. Even if you get "not received" in the meantime, it will dissapear after a reroll. I am waitingf for 2 rerolls atm myself - 2 week old tickets.

Anyway don't worry - you won't get punished (aka suspended) for not sending your gift in 7 days, especially if you have requrested a new winner.

If a reroll request is granted when your giveaway ended more than 7 days ago, the new winner can immediately mark it "not-received" but it won't get you into any trouble since it hasnt been 7 days since the reroll.

^^ This. I had a reroll request waiting for 3 weeks, finally got approved, got a new winner, explained the situation to them, they tried the link and it said it had been used (obv the first winner traded it away because he didn't activate it) so I put in another request and the new winner said they'd not mark "not received"

This is why I avoid giving games by email and prefer to do things "in person" through Steam chat/trading.

What's the difference between giving someone a key/link through steam chat or via email?
In both cases you can't do anything about it if the winner doesn't mark the gift as recieved.

The difference is, you KNOW they got the link/key and in giving it to them "in person" like that, you can have them activate it while you wait. Whereas the email thing (which I don't do anymore because of my issue, which has since been fixed) you're really taking your chances because you can't tell if they even GOT the link
