Do not buy off this website. I found out the hard way. I pre-ordered darksouls 2 and it sti;; hasnt come.
Followed by automated support mesgs and no proper response it has been a week and still no game key.
Please expose these scammers as not just only me, but some friends are going through the same thing.

Why on earth people are not trading for games via steamtrades, tf2outpost etc. There are hundreds of trusted traders much better than these shady websites. I can get Dark Souls 2 for $21 on steamtrades easily. I don't even have to share my bank details, personal data, e-mail address to do so...
