Even if true, morally irrelevant. Bought it legally? Then it's yours, and you should be able to use it by whatever means possible.

Might recognize the illegality of buying it if you're not supposed to, though.

You see a stand: Lemonade for kids: 1 cent. you, adult, go there and say: Hey, gimme for 1 cent! Seller say: Nonos, you aint kid. You go away and go on your knees to get smaller and hide your face behind a kids mask. You comes back to stand. You grabs lemonade, throw 1 cent into seller's face and run away.

Might see the illegality of buying it if you're not supposed to^^
