Have you tried contacting them on steam or by commenting on something they wrote (old GA or something)? Seeing how you took the only official step I know of, writing to support, that would be my only other idea, finding out why they won't confirm.

Send the key, wait 7 days, if they have the game activated on their account, create a support request for "request received feedback", then wait. You could also try contacting the person and asking them to mark it as received if you feel like it. There is nothing else you can do and I don't see why it matters that much unless you are a new user with limited giveaway slots. You will get the received feedback eventually when support looks at your support ticket.

Also, it looks like your account is not currently waiting for any feedback.

I really dont understand the waiting feedback, can you please explain it to me?

On your profile, if you put your cursor over the number of giveaways you sent, it shows how many giveaway are awaiting feedback. That is the number of giveaways that you sent and the winner has not marked as received or not received yet. You have 0 which means that every game you sent has been marked as received or not received by the winner.

SO that means that this people took the cd-key, activate the game on alt accounts and now they just clicked not received and there is nothing we can do? :(

There is some confusion in this thread. In both the title and main post, you only mentioned that people are not clicking received, you did not mention that they clicked not received. This is a completely different issue from someone just activating the game and not giving feedback.

Unfortunately, yes, there is pretty much nothing you can do in this situation. You would need to be able to prove that you sent a valid key and the user is lying, but that is pretty much impossible. Sometimes keys can be bad and there is no way to know if the user is lying or if the key was bad. They could also be in a country where they cannot activate the key and chose to ignore you instead of trying to resolve the situation. Or maybe you emailed the key instead of sending it through steamgifts and they didn't check their email or it went to their junk mail.

I looked at the last 2 users who marked your giveaways as not received and they didn't regift the games on steamgifts and it doesn't look like they have a long track record of marking games not received or not activating wins, so there isn't much that can be done. It looks to me like they may have not been able to activate the games for one reason or another and just don't want to try and contact you.

I'm not sure what support does in these situations, but the only think I can think of would be to file a support ticket saying that you know the key was good and the user marked it as not received. If the user continues to do the same with other giveaways they win in the future, maybe support will see that they have done it multiple times in the past and eventually ban the user.

Edit: If they won't add you on Steam, you can try sending them a message on steamgifts, but there is no private messaging here. You can open a previous giveaway they created and leave a comment on it. If they have not created a giveaway, you can find a comment they left somewhere else on the site, maybe in a giveaway they won if they said thanks. They may not speak the same language as you, so it can be helpful to check their Steam profile and see if there is a country listed or if they wrote a game review. You can use google translate to translate the message to the language you think they speak and send both that and the English version.

This is basically it. We will investigate what we can (sometimes difficult) and make a judgement to swap the feedback or not.

i've sent a ticket 1month ago for the 1st person, still pending :(
It is true that some keys are having issues, but as the MOD team can verify i always bought other keys in order to solve the issues.
It is not fair to pay for a cd-key and same fake accounts or bots take them and dont mark as received . I can always provide other keys as you can check my giveaways, i've alzays asked people to inform me, if there are any issues with the keys i've bought so i can fix this issue.

As noted, "Fake Feedback" is very different from "No Feedback", with the latter being easily fixed either with a Request New Winner ticket (if key hasn't been revealed) or a Request Received Feedback (if it has been revealed). All very straightforward. If someone scammed you out of proper feedback, you just report it to staff and they'll start keeping an eye on the individual. If they ever have clear reason to believe the user is fencing wins, they'll likely consider any such reports against the user to be legitimate, and will consider whether feedback corrections are necessary. Until then, it's just a "he said / she said", and there's not much anyone can [reasonably] do about it.

On the positive side, fake feedback / misappropriated wins are extremely, extremely rare on this site (at least, relative to the whole), especially if you're avoiding public level 0 giveaways. Rather, probability-wise, it's far more likely that there actually was something wrong with the key you provided.

Though if they didn't contact you to state such, then you actually have grounds to argue they didn't properly handle their own obligations in the gifting process, so you may actually have an advantage when it comes to staff engagements (as taking a key and not noting an issue with it implies the key was used succesfully).

To quote the site's FAQ:

What should I do If I win a game that cannot be activated in my region, or if I receive a gift or key that does not match the game I won?

You should contact the giveaway creator to return the gift, and to inform them of the situation. If the giveaway creator is able to provide you with a replacement gift or key for the same game that can be activated in your region, then you should mark the gift as "Received". In all other cases, the gift should be marked as "Not Received". When marking a gift as "Not Received" it's recommended that you leave an explanation in the giveaway comments as a reference for both the giveaway creator and our support team. If the giveaway creator is not able to provide a replacement gift or key, they may ask your permission to delete the giveaway.

If a GA creator has blacklisted their winner, that winner can always contact staff directly to report any issues, in place of leaving a comment in the giveaway itself. As such, it usually comes across a bit dubious if a key gets marked Not Received without any notifications to either the GA creator or staff. Though whether or not that's enough for staff to assume fake feedback is certainly another matter- it may however incline their presumptions towards such, if there's any further indication that such may be true.

Like i posted before, i have always bought another key if there were issues with cd-keys (yes it did happened wtth key from fanatical mistery key,a key from gamivo as well), but i always bought another keythen i've setteled out with the site i bought from.
I just want that not recieved to be get out of my profile, because it makes me look a guy that gives fake products.
If they only have contacted me in ordersolve this issue, i've been doing the same thing i'\ve dont for the others, i even write on my giveaways (Mods can verify this) : All the games i bought should work, but in case anything goes wrong , please let me know and i will do my best to make everything ok.

Just politely contact them on SG [through one of their old giveaways, if they have any] enquiring as to whether or not the key was invalid, and screenshot that you contacted them. If, after a while, they've been online regularly since then, and you haven't gotten a reply, screenshot your comment and add it to a Request Received Feedback ticket. Even if staff won't accept feedback changing with that [though given that the other individual is going against agreed-to community obligations and common courtesy alike, I'm inclined to think they should], they may perhaps accept a deletion, as you're demonstrating good faith and the other individual is not.

on my giveways i mark the fact, that if the key doesnt work, they should let me know and i buy a new one ASAP (money aint a problem for me, im offering games because i love giving and cae for others).
I had an issue with a cd-key i bought and the winner contacted me the 2nd day and i jut bought another key and he said ty vm and marked the gift as received.
I just want people to be fair. I never asked for nothing in exchange.

That is very generous of you, but unfortunately it seems like these users don't want to try and contact you and are either ignoring you or have not seen that you have tried to contact them. They may have seen the Steam friend request but don't know who you are so they ignored it. They may think you are a random person adding them on Steam. I would suggest posting a comment on a giveaway they have created on steamgifts and see if they respond that way. It's not a big deal to have a few not received feedbacks on your account, but if it bothers you, you can keep trying to contact them.

The thinkg is that the winner even wrote, thank you : https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/qPYmJ/darksiders-ii-deathinitive-edition and i've even wrote THank you and then i reminded him/her that she/he forgot to click on received.

I can't open the giveaway because I am not a member of the group, but if you tried to contact them and they are not responding, I don't think there is anything else you can do.

It is strqnge because this user, has never played any of the games he owns. I dont know if i am allwoed to post his steam profile to prove that i only want justice and nothing more. I jkust hope that Mods will answer to tickets.

Calling out a user is not allowed. We can see who the users are on your profile here anyway. Whether they play their games or not doesn't really matter, people can enter and win games here for any reason they want, they are not required to play them. It would be nice if people only entered for games they are interested in playing, but there are a lot of users here that enter for anything they can just for the sake of collecting and making a number on their Steam account bigger.

You can hide your playtime on your Steam profile, so the no playtime might just be that. I'm not sure if you can hide achievements; or if achievements are earned in offline mode...

Can you explain Awaiting Feedback system, please? I dont really understand

It means the winner has given feedback for the giveaway. From what I see you have 3 week old GA, that the winner has checked "not received". Meaning the key didnt work for him. If you're talking about that - then you have feedback. You dont automatically get "received". If a key doesn't work you get "not received"

"awaiting feedback" means that user hasnt yet press "received" or "not received"

If you are 100% sure the key worked, then yes - the winner could have taken the key, traded it elsewhere or activated on another account. I'm not sure how support can check this and how to fix such a problem though as I haven't encountered something like this happening.

But keys can sometimes be duplicate or invalid as well, but most people would have just contacted you so you can decide whether you get him different key or delete the GA. (Key resellers - fanatical, humble etc - usually are pretty forthcoming and give you another key if you can prove to them that the key was duplicate steam support helps with proving that)

Sorry I can't help further. I can just suggest what others already did - go to his profile, open one of his previous giveaways (that he made) and ask in comments what was the problem and why he checked "not received"

EDIT - didn't notice comments above. They pretty much said the same thing, and support is already on it :) Good luck with sorting it out

It's a pain in the ass but sometimes you have to keep on the mods/admins too because they're human, they might forget pr your ticket gets lost in the thousands of tickets for the site.
If by some strange reason the person isn't punished by admins or mods then the best you can do is block em.
If this is a common issue then you might want to do group, invite, and restricted GAs only.

I had the same problem what I did to reduce this problem at least a little bit is to do only lvl 1+, you could do lvl 2+. Also you can contact people that he won giveaway before, when I did 3 people blocked him cus it took weeks for him to click received button

I don't think there is anyone to contact right now. Out of all your giveaways that have ended, 3 have been marked as not received and all the others have been marked as received. There are no giveaways where you are waiting from feedback from the winner.

Are you trying to contact the users that marked the giveaways as not received?

I think you can also make comments on their steam profile page without being accepted as friend... I have had people do that to me in the past requesting that I add them so they could ask about some steam forum post and once from a spammer. I assume that is probably a permission that can be changed on the profile tho but I am not sure.

If they don't give any feedback, it will automatically be marked as received after 7 days, Also currently you don't have any giveaway with "awaiting feedback" status, which means all the winners gave feedback, or at least 7 days have past.

This is actually not true. Support may override a mark in some cases, but it is never automatic. You could have a giveaway over 1 year old still "awaiting feedback".

Didn't know support do that, my bad. It was just according to my experience with it. I had a couple of those and it was always 1 week after I sent the key. Because of this I thought it was automatically.
Anyway, thanks for the correction.

Do you have a second account or something? No feedback is on hold for you. I thought you were talking about not recieved but it's not a month old. Also you say you want to avoid bots but all you do is group and whitelist giveaways. You already choose who to give. I don't understand what you mean by that too.

Edit: Oh you had 2 before that mb.

First i wanted to suggest you to create higher lvl GAs or group GAs, but I see you only do the 2nd option. So probably you should try to report the users to the steam group admins/mods, and once they are kicked, you won't have this problem anymore.
