Was your intent for the giveaway to be joinable only by people from Russia, China, and Belarus or for those to not be able to join? Because the way you set it up makes it that only people from those 3 countries can enter.

That symbol I have been told is called "pipe" (more info: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vertical_bar ), and is sometimes a broken line. On my keyboard, it's the symbol above the \ key, meaning if I hold down shift and press \ I get |

For those 3 giveaways, for now only can enter Belarus, China, and Russia, so the region restriction is wrong. You can delete the giveaways and re-create then selecting all the countries, and then click China, Russia and Belarus to delete the "tick" ✅

Unfortunately, you may have to wait quite some time since support has a big backlog of inquiries to deal with (support on SG is made for free by experienced users). Unless a mod sees this thread and takes action directly.
In case you don't know, users have a limited number of giveaway slots, which increases with successful GAs made. Deleting a GA, on the other hand, removes permanently a slot. So support may give you one slot back, maybe more, but I wouldn't expect to get enough slots to make all the GAs in one time.
