Once you have received $30 CV from bundle games, in order to get more CV, you must give away non-bundled/non-exploited games. To make it easy, when you give a $5 game, you'll see your CV increase by $6, because you will get a 20% boost from the CV of bundled games that hasn't been counted yet.

Also, I believe that multiple items in the same giveaway are not counted. the 3 games for $10 will only accrue $10 CV, not $30 CV. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.
