which I didn't pass for VictorVran the only game I'm interested atm

No, it means your level needs to be smaller or equal (<=) than 6.99

level <= 6.99 — your level needs to be LESS than 7.00
also:
pass_activated_rule — you've activated all winnings.
vacBans == 0 and !VAC_economy_ban — no cheaters.
ratio_real >= 0.75 — you have given at least 4 times as much as you've won.
real_sent_cv * 0.4 >= (real_sent_group + real_sent_region_restricted) — your number of unrestricted public giveaways should be more than group only and region restricted ones.
last_multiple_win <= date_modify(date('now'), '-1 years') — you haven't won multiple copies of the same game in the last 12 months.

Got a strange error: custom rule constructed unexpected token "name" etc on shadowgate (2014), though I'm pretty sure I wouldn't qualify anyway. Though I do qualify on the others... kinda strange indeed...
