Can't really tell since I don't own a 960 but I had a Gigabyte GPU which it was really silent during a year. So I say Gigabyte?

I would go with EVGA though. I've had horrible experiences with MSI and warranty service. Gigabyte is usually fairly reliable but EVGA has amazing customer service if you ever have issues.

Sure..I looked on NewEgg and noticed their 4GB cards don't come with Witcher 3 though but other brands do. If that's part of your motivation.

I dont know where you live, but in some places MSI uses subcontractors for the warranty and devolutions. EVGA is the best, i think, but could be the most expensive.

I just got a Gigabyte 970gtx. I am very pleased with performance and the fans. And i got Witcher 3 with it. GoG version though.

Yup and then on the nVidia site i got a code for GoG. No card is silent in full load, but i've tested it and it's not uncomfortably loud.

I had an ASUS strix 970, it had a TERRIBLE coil whine under load

my second gtx 970 is an MSI gaming 100me and it is silent as f*ck and has no coil whine (tested under GTA V and furmark)

Thanks, I guess we need to avoid asus. I always read good reviews about the gigabyte ones.
