New idea for giveaways

Why did you double post it? No, it has been brought up lots of times, and there is still no such feature. Guess why?

What everyone else has said. This has been suggested many times, and every time it gets shot down. People are always looking for ways to increase their odds of winning, but you have to remember something: You aren't paying anything to be here, so you are looking for ways to make it easier to get something for nothing.

Limited entries would be a terrible idea. In stead of giving everyone an equal chance, it would favor people who use a script to enter giveaways as fast as possible, locking others out of the drawing.

The idea has been brought up but the problem is that it would necessarily impact people in different time zones negatively. Essentially that there are inherent peaks/valleys in user activity and that those who come on during the 'slow' times would not be able to enter popular giveaways.

How's this any different from making shorter/longer giveaways?

I think this thread is another variation of the 'waaah I didn't win' threads.
