I get that :) , but honestly though, I'm a good student through and through, and I would advise you to take it 50/50. Study for a couple of hours and reward yourself with whatever you feel like doing with the other half of your waking hours :)

... that is unless you have an exam like on the very next day after your 4-day weekend break or something. Then it's 80-90% studying and 10-20% resting :P

You're what now?

Anyway, I vote for all four - party, relax, sleep, and study. I'm sure you can work it in. :)

Good luck in college!

Honestly, I'd say use the time to study mainly. Like 3 days of studying and a single completely free day. Right now you have the energy to focus and get shit done. Leave the procrastination for the second half of the semester if you can.

Once you get into the groove of procrastinating, you'll probably stay in that slump for longer than planned.

What's an iclicker, never heard of it?
And googling it doesn't really help either, their website tells me it's the best tool ever, but I'm nowhere nearer understanding what it actually does.... hahahahaha!

it's a device that takes attendance and collects student's answers. costs $40 usd new. professor's easy way of running class. lots of profs use it or other attendance apps, like TopHat, for every class they have.

i was going to say it's something like an apple clicking device (iclicker sounds better than imouse), but it looks like something else 🙋 http://www.cis.hawaii.edu/guc/ars/student.html

For some of my classes it was used for quizzes. They would show a question for 1 minute on the screen in the classroom and we would need to click A,B,C,D, or E to answer the questions. I guess it saves on my paper ^^. And when you have class sizes like 150 students, that's a lot of trees saved.

Except that its complete functionality could be replicated by a website/app that students could use their phones for.

Not really, you could have opened notes with cheats in the background, and switch to it between questions to "Recall" stuff.

This thing does not allow it.

Personal phones should never be used for any kind of graded testing.

That's true, but I have never seen or heard of it being used in that way. It is nearly always used as a means of giving "participation marks".
