ufo afterlight problem

hi all i have a problem with a game on steam i can't start ufo afterlight. When i click on game that make nothing. When i go on local directory for start not with steam that say openAl32.dll not on your computer so i check it on system and i have it. Do you have a tips for the game work thanks and have a nice day all.

Btw, as usual for old games, set compatibility mode to XP and run as admin.
