Dark Souls 1 or 2?

Tough choice, but I said 1 because the lore, world, and overall design is more engrossing and original than 2. Although 2 does have much better controls, network connectivity, and didn't start with the horrible POS that was GFWL (which no longer applies to 1, but still). The graphical update in the Scholar's edition kinda being what they promised for the released game was also sorta shitty.

Also I found way more gimmicky wizard builds in pvp in 2, which I absolutely loathed. In a game with such robust medieval-style combat it felt awfully out of place to get wrecked by those guys.
