I feel the same, as the pre-purchases are a last effort to squeeze out some pennies from people who wouldn't buy these bundles otherwise. Might as well be that they go out of business in the near future and this glitch is some kind of last hurrah.

Yes, I bought majority of my bundles as BTA or preordered 2 of them, and the others were build a bundles :P
Only one bundle that I didn't pay BTA there was a "new" key.

It might just be a bug, but quite a few old bundles have the second/bta tiers added to the first tier of the bundle, You can see an example of this bug in the current bundle in a box. Most of the past bundles are effected.
Only ones i see excluded are build-a-bundle types.
