Humble Bundle Trading Questions

Hello, just caught up on the HB banning that happened many years ago and got some questions.

From what i've learned on multiple reddits, they banned people for gifting to many and receiving to many gifts.
1) Do they ban people for revealing keys and not redeeming themselves?
2) Does HB monitor the steam link feature for the revealing of keys?
3) Should I unlink my steam from HB or would it be sus?

I'm still new to trading so tryna best protect myself and understand best practices.

HB cannot tell who redeemed keys, so revealing them is always safe.

its just over using the gifting feature that might get in trouble.
also don't tell support your gifting/trading/selling keys.

I did originally plan to only do gift links but then i got informed of this.

Never tell a platform that you are trading / gifting games as it is against ToS most of the time.

The only way to trade games from Humble Bundle and avoid being banned by them is by revealing the keys and trading the keys.

Always use keys in my opinion.

Humble gift links could be tracked by them so if you are gifting all over the world and in large quantities, they may get suspicious and ban you due to their terms and conditions.

As far as i know the steam link does not need to be removed.

If you do need to correspond with Humble about faulty keys or issues, do NOT mention steamgifts/trading under any circumstances.

Thank god most my trades have been keys otherwise I'd be worried haha.

I still need to look into steam link as don't no if they monitor it for revealed keys as steam game page is public for LS sync.

Haven't had a issue yet with faulty keys as new to buying but I'll defo keep that in mind.

If HB buys a few games from gray market and tracks down the keys / gift links to your account, you could get banned.

This is why I don't trade HB links at all, and only trade HB keys to people who are not blatant resellers.
