Does anybody know if it will have different versions just like Borderlands 2 did? (Borderlands 2 , Borderlands 2 RU)

RU and US versions have same ID right now, so it's safe to buy now. By now I mean in this minute, since Steam might change it at any second, so you'd need to check it on your own when you'll be getting it.
