I hope it's not.
But I think it is. Maybe not 100% but I can't figure how teams can stay so close after 9 days of "one team to rule them all"...

I don't know, everyone will be using their tokens to steal points as it's the last day to use them. Whoever is in the lead at the time will be who most people choose to steal from. I could plausibly see it being one big mess with no team really getting the upper hand because of that.

bots and traders. traders set a price buy a few people start selling at a lower price to get money. . . then buy up rest then boost the price. . . notice when some cards dip in price then shoot up. Suckers drop the price of their cards to make a quick buck. All old Stock Market tricks. Only it is against the law with stock trading. No group regulates the card market.

First of all, there was a reddit forum organizing people to allow one color team to win on certain days from the get-go. They got a little disorganized with Steam's efforts to combat them (adding second and third place (Yes, they didn't have that day 1)).
And there was this big story about the guy who manipulated the Steam market. ... People will always be trying to get the upper hand in some way or another.

It is the last day. So there is an all-out race. That all are around the same points value makes sense as well. After all the team distribution is a statistical process. If you divide one million random people into 5 teams and let them race again each other the result will be close as well. Maybe red should be lacking a bit behind since one could assume they have burned some ressources day 6-8. Will be interesting to see this foto finish.

The number of tokens is still low compared to the total number. A significant shift would only happen it the Top contributors would assemble in one team. But those are the people that have so much money that they can safely ignore the chance of winning. We don't know who changed sides but I would bet it has been people who didn't realise how slim their chance of winning was and which didn't craft much.
Well, not that I could prove any of it. Its just what I think.

Impossible. After Value changed rules, red was very strong, and people changed to Red team, win 3 days in row easily. Now last day and all team head to head from start in range of 1-5k points...sure.They want your money very badly. Why a dead last team would spend money on last day,if they for sure will lose? But what if...all team head to head, people will spend money, just that last 10 point to win....I can't belive people actually spend real money on this.I had some card, crafted 1 or 2 badge i think, don't know why,you have very little chance.
Edit: i remember why i crafted badges, level up to 8,get summer cards, and sell..

"The Summer Adventure trading cards are exclusive to the sale and will disappear on June 30th at 11am PDT."
Exactly, when this is over, people will be selling their remaining cards hysterically.

I know in the beginning it was rigged so at least each team would win once. You could notice it by each team having a lead of like 500K points. After each team won it was open and red dominated. I guess steam is now throttling it back a bit?

Does anyone else think that the daily scoreboard is rigged?
I think there's no way that the teams will stay so close for so long...
What do you think?
Edit: Let's win again ;)
