It's true though until they release new content. And when you complete those the same thing will happen. Classic MMOs have raids which keep players occupied for a few months, The Division doesnt have that either.
Or you go rogue in the DZ with a group and murder other groups/solo players which turns into a boring cycle. This game tried to be something other than a single player game but it couldnt quite get there.

Hatin games from Ubisoft that they are bugged/glitched/Uplay/DLC/Copy-Paste/DRM/Graphic downgraded
but they are still buying their games and making pre-orders for them and later again hating and saying how bad they game is.

and how long does it take you to reach the lvl cap, 15 hours?
