DeclinedNot reaching the minimum level on steam is sometimes no problem but to be only level 9 on steam is too far away.
Besides that are your sg account only 1 month old, so not really a chance for us to see much from you and your made GA's are not very much, for one month of course very ok but we want to see a longer timeframe how you will develop.
So let's say, you can send again a application in 2 months.

Yes. I'm not into the card-farming-meta-game that steam invented to increase sales. I really don't care about collecting half of the cards and buying/trading with others for the rest to build badges. It is an advertisement trick I really don't want to contribute to. Card farming is not something I want to encourage. I will therefore level up very slow :)
But my gift and CV -statistics are great. I will try my luck again. Or return in 10 years when my steam level is 30. :)

I know a lot of bot accounts that are level 20+ only from the free badges of events. So not much people have problems to reach the 30, without farming cards.

Masafor, thanks! I'm about to do my "first Giveaway" for the group.. I have one question, and it is not a big deal but I suggest you may want to clarify this in your "Rules" article (which by the way are some of the best written rules I've ever seen in any group).
In rule 2a you say "exclusive for the group". In rule 4 you say "can maximum be shared with the Whitelist". Please consider adding to rule 2a if the "first Giveaway" can or can not include Whitelist. For now, I'm assuming it can not, but it wouldn't hurt to clarify it.

You assumed right, the important thing for the first GA are "exclusive for the group" and exclude the WL.
For all other Ga's, that aren't freebies, is Group + WL ok.

Yikes, I almost accidentally entered a giveaway from this group. I had read "You aren't allowed to enter Group giveaways till this (my first) Giveaway ended", and I had hoped you had the ability to make it so I could not see/join this group's giveaways during this period. I will try my best to notice each giveaway groups and not to accidentally join any of these giveaways, and hope I don't goof that up. 👀

It's manageable to see for which group Ga's are made and as soon as you see more as one is it ok for you to enter all of them. The ones with only one group need then a closer look if you see a other or our group name.

I've read all the rules and accept them.
But I would like to know what you mean in the rule 7. Is it about too big % of region restricted GA's like I saw a couple users with only region GA's? Actually I made a few region GA's recently but then I realized that steamgifts is not some local website so its kinda unfair to give only for one region but receive from all. So I won't create such heavy region restricted GA's anymore.
And I really like rule 6 bc I don't enter just for +1 for about half a year and trying to play my older wins.

Rule 7 (We reserve the right to intervene and talk with each gifter about the GA's if we see some unhealthy behavior for the group - as example RU shop GA's etc.), is a protection for us. As example if someone try to use a loophole or come up with a new method of abusing/exploiting that we don't had in the past or don't exist right now and of course a method against the shady ru shop games (40p for 12 cents -and such ammounts-).
It have, normaly, nothing to do with region restricted GA's because only a tiny ammount of our group GA's have region restrictions (and then mostly only because the dif. games are limited from the stores -as example not able to activate game XYZ in japan-).
Users that do only or a majority of region restricted GA's, would not be accepted as members.
Rule 6 isn't active for each GA but a part of the members like the possibility for special GA's and i used it in the past too for a Event GA Fallout 4 that i made. Sadly the winner never played it and needed to be kicked (it wasn't the only play your win she won and never played....).
One of the sites that i use for different checks is down right now, so can't finish all checks right now.
All other tests were positive, so i expect that the last one will be positive too.
I will write the final decission as soon as the site is again up.

As soon as one GA are marked as recieved, you are allowed to enter the Ga's of each other member.
And the other 3 GA's, of this example, help then your stats that you don't reach the bottom limit because of one or 2 wins :o)

It gave different reasons for the declining and one of them is that it is, everytime, very complicate to understand you.

Masafors Group of Friends requirements:
The minimum to join the group are:
◾ Min. level 3 at sg
◾ Level 30 at steam
◾ No private profile
◾ Add Masafor as friend
If you don't fulfill this minimum requirements then you are able to write too. We will look then closer into it and handle that requests from case to case.
Rules:
1.) No one is forced to make regular giveaways for the group.
1a.) Besides a first Giveaway, exclusive for the group, max. 48h after joining the group, to prevent a abuse. You aren't allowed to enter Group giveaways till this Giveaway ended and got marked as received. [Minimum GA duration time 1 day]
2.) All members are allowed to enter group GAs
2a.) But if someone wins from the group at SG and his gift difference are worse as -$50, they lose the right to enter more SG group GAs until their gift difference are more positive as -$50.
2b.) You have 6 months to fix your stats to be more positive as -$50. After that timeframe we will kick that member.
3.) Group Giveaways are exclusive for our group and can not be shared with the Whitelist or other groups.
4.) Free Games: 1x One Copy of each Quality Freebie are allowed, if the game have min. 80% rating and min. 1500 reviews at steam. Possible games are, as example, 1x Grip, 1x Ancestors Legacy, 1x Syberia and so on.
Lower free games aren't allowed.
5.) We reserve the right to intervene and talk with each gifter about the GAs if we see some unhealthy behavior for the group - as example shady RU shop GAs etc.
6.) Blacklisting other members is allowed but if you do, you have to inform one of the staff about it.
The reason for this is that if we get the same blacklisted username different times we obviously need to look closer at that member.
7.) You must be subscribed to https://steamcommunity.com/groups/MasasGoF/discussions/0/1652170487947948564/ to be notified of any changes to the rules. This also avoid members saying "I wasn't aware of the rule changes".
8.) Each member that aren't login on sg for 1 year+ will be kicked from the group but can rejoin when he is again active.
We want to prevent any form of abuse or leeching with our rules.
So join in IF you aren't at my BL - check here -, fulfill the minimum req., read the rules and accept them.
If you know someone, or more as one, that is in our discord or group then please list his/her name and it will raise your chances of a approval very much. Or tell him/her to contact me at discord. That will speed things up.
Multiaccounters, Autojoiners and Cheaters aren't welcome in our group. If it happens on sg or outside of it.
We try to get all nice users that use exactly ONE account, click all the enter buttons by themself and want a environment that is black sheep free.
We respond as fast as possible, don't worry if it takes days.
