The only requirement I don't fulfill is the level 30. But I am level 28 and have a account with more than 8 years. I'm not level 30 because I've never really cared about trading cards and stuff.

If this is about the unactivated games, I have actually activated and marked received all my wins. But in some cases, when it's been more than a year of the giveaway and the game has some sort of technical issues I have opened a ticket on steam support to remove the game from my library. I can send you the prints of the tickets, if you want.

Won gifts must be activated on the Steam account used during registration, and they cannot be regifted, traded, sold, or removed from your Steam account after activation.
Removing games you won on SG from your account will cause you serious issues if someone reported your account to the moderators. Its better to hide the game rather than removing it from your account. Just giving you a heads up.

Ok, after that decline my request and add me to blacklist. Shame to you. This guy just broke the rules, but you shouldn't add him to blacklist for that. 3 years ago I regifted some gifts foolishly and people help me to understand what's wrong, other just add to blacklist for no reason (around 15 people). Now I'm following the rules, but no one bring me back there and fix a mistake. Continue that. I don't want to be part of your community. P.S. Oh, I found the button to cancel the request.

As a small Info, with a lot of experience from my side, nearly all with unactivated wins don't have that because they deactivated games on their steam account. Or with other words, nearly all have that because they resell, trade or activate the wins on their (other) main account.
The cases that i found with deleted games from the library can i count on one hand, the resell/trade/activate on a other account are for sure 2k+
In his case it is possible to undelete the (15) deleted games and if he don't want/can't play them, hide them instead.
That way he would have no problems on sg.
So he could fix his mistake.

I respect your decision to not add me to your group, it's yours after all. I just feel that adding me to your blacklist it's a little unfair, because it's not the point of the thread. You create this thread to people try to get accepeted in your group, you didn't specify that people should have activated all games, and when someone gets a decline (again, a fair decline) you add them to your blacklist. Can you see why I find this unjust from you?
And I don't have to prove anything to you, still I am one of those that you can count on your one single hand. I wasn't aware that I would get in trouble for deleting games when I did, I got suspended and the moderator explained to me why. I decided to let the suspension run it's course because I feel more confortable with my library this way. Simple as that.
On the images below I show both my suspension and the proof that I have deleted the games from the library. You should note also that the won is from 2017 and the suspension from 3 months ago.
As I said, I could provide you proof that the games were deleted. You could simply asked for them (and still decline me, I've already said that it's fair), instead of just blacklisting me.

Looking at your sgtools info there's a whole page of not activated wins. Maybe you should give it more thought before entering a giveaway. If you say the truth that is.
Not many people like their gifts thrown in the bin when another winner could have played and enjoyed the game possibly.

You are right, everyone should be careful before entering giveaways. Unfortunately I wasn't.
But since I've decided to keep my library clean I have only entered giveaways for games that I really want to play. I have almost 10,000 games in my hide list right now because I'm not interested in winning for +1 anymore.
If Masafor had been clear about the activate all wins rule, I wouldn't have applied to the group, and this whole situation would not have happened. But I won't accept to be falsely accused.

Correct i don't specify that users need to have all wins activated because that isn't a fix rule but between one not activated or the explanation from the begin and 15 without a explanation from the begin, are a difference.
It was clear that i will check your account with sgtools and will see the unactivated (in this case deleted) 15 wins.
What did you expected how i will react ?
I don't write that i BL someone if XYZ because it give a lot of scenarios for that and it isn't needed.
When i check someone i dig deep and in the most cases i know after it if it is a good idea to accept someone for the group or not.
In other cases my mods decide with me together about a application.
In your case you had 15 unactivated wins, none besides the sg staff can see if that is for never activated that games or from deleting them from the account.
I assumed the first because deleting the games from the account do from my, very big, experience only 0,X% of the users. So you are in a extreme minority.
And yes, i don't wanted to throw lifetime out of the window because it gave no case before, with a applicant, where chatting about such stuff brought something good. So yes, i assumed that i would only waste my lifetime when i question how it came to the 15 unactivated wins + because of the, in such cases, stupid "calling out" rule on sg it isn't really possible. Only if the other user, in this case you, write from alone about the problem i am allowed to respond to it.
And that is what i did now.
I can't see when you got the suspension and had only the dates for the unactivated wins on the sgtools page.
I understand that you feel unfair handled because you don't resold or traded the wins away and got thrown from me in the same pot as such guys.

You don't want to join the group anymore, maybe because you think i acted to hard/fast, and we don't want to accept you as member (because each gifter would check your account and see 15 unactivated wins -that would bring problems and unneeded work for the staff-).
In general you could undelete the games from your account and hide them instead. It would have the same effect -that you don't see them (only if you search for the exact name you would see them)- and it would not bring negative stuff on sg.

I understand now that I could have provided you a heads up about the deleted games, but I honestly never thought that it would be a problem.

You don't fullfill different requirements and made only 6 GAs on sg. That's not enough for us to do checks and to accept someone into the group.
Feel free to try it again when you done more GAs and raised your sg level. No promises but we have then the chance to dig a bit deeper as now^^

Unfortunately i don't meet the requirement for being level 30 on steam (i am only level 18 / Don't want to pay bot for upgrading this artificial number, prefer to keep money for buying games)

minimum GA duration time 1 day, all other is your own preference.
The most pick a short duration of 1-2 days, with the hope that the GA will be marked sooner as recieved, that they are able to enter the group GAs sooner.

Masafors Group of Friends requirements:
The minimum to join the group are:
◾ Min. level 3 at sg
◾ Level 30 at steam
◾ No private profile
◾ Add Masafor as friend
If you don't fulfill this minimum requirements then you are able to write too. We will look then closer into it and handle that requests from case to case.
Rules:
1.) No one is forced to make regular giveaways for the group.
1a.) Besides a first Giveaway, exclusive for the group, max. 48h after joining the group, to prevent a abuse. You aren't allowed to enter Group giveaways till this Giveaway ended and got marked as received. [Minimum GA duration time 1 day]
2.) All members are allowed to enter group GAs
2a.) But if someone wins from the group at SG and his gift difference are worse as -$50, they lose the right to enter more SG group GAs until their gift difference are more positive as -$50.
2b.) You have 6 months to fix your stats to be more positive as -$50. After that timeframe we will kick that member.
3.) Group Giveaways are exclusive for our group and can not be shared with the Whitelist or other groups.
4.) Free Games: 1x One Copy of each Quality Freebie are allowed, if the game have min. 80% rating and min. 1500 reviews at steam. Possible games are, as example, 1x Grip, 1x Ancestors Legacy, 1x Syberia and so on.
Lower free games aren't allowed.
5.) We reserve the right to intervene and talk with each gifter about the GAs if we see some unhealthy behavior for the group - as example shady RU shop GAs etc.
6.) Blacklisting other members is allowed but if you do, you have to inform one of the staff about it.
The reason for this is that if we get the same blacklisted username different times we obviously need to look closer at that member.
7.) You must be subscribed to https://steamcommunity.com/groups/MasasGoF/discussions/0/1652170487947948564/ to be notified of any changes to the rules. This also avoid members saying "I wasn't aware of the rule changes".
8.) Each member that aren't login on sg for 1 year+ will be kicked from the group but can rejoin when he is again active.
We want to prevent any form of abuse or leeching with our rules.
So join in IF you aren't at my BL - check here -, fulfill the minimum req., read the rules and accept them.
If you know someone, or more as one, that is in our discord or group then please list his/her name and it will raise your chances of a approval very much. Or tell him/her to contact me at discord. That will speed things up.
Multiaccounters, Autojoiners and Cheaters aren't welcome in our group. If it happens on sg or outside of it.
We try to get all nice users that use exactly ONE account, click all the enter buttons by themself and want a environment that is black sheep free.
We respond as fast as possible, don't worry if it takes days.
