Why can't I give away Saints Row IV: Child´s Play Pack here?

Someone asked for it to be added back.

Other then that, I don't know why. If the Child's play Pack was on steam but was removed and there is no community page then I stand by what I said, since its not on steam website its not in the steamgifts database.

I know that stuff like humble has their bundles on here but maybe they have to be manually added. Ever think to ask support. After all, just asking on the forums will get you a whole bunch of people who don't know how things work behind the scenes answering and giving you all sorts of answers of what they believe could be the reason. For all we know, aliens removed it from the database because they don't like Child's Play. And this will mean you have to answer with snippy little answers like "Tell me why can I still give 007 Legends?" and having people reply with long winded versions of "I don't know" just to see if you will actually read such things.
